I Can't Find My Event on Medtribe
You have registered for an event on Medtribe but cannot find it. This guide covers the most common reasons and how to fix each one.
If you completed the registration process and saw a confirmation on screen, your place is confirmed. You do not need to register again.
Are you logged in?
If you click an event link and it takes you to a sign-up page, you are probably not logged in.
- Go to medtribe.com and log in first
- Then click the event link again
The system shows the registration page to anyone who is not signed in. Once you are logged in, the same link will show you the event details and let you complete your booking.
If the link still asks you to create an account after logging in, you may be logged in with a different email to the one the invitation was sent to. Try logging out and back in with the email the invitation was sent to. If you are not sure which email your account is registered to, see our guide on accessing your account.
The event is not in the catalogue
Medtribe is not a public directory of events. Many events are private and can only be accessed through a direct link shared by the organiser.
This means:
- Public events appear in the organiser’s catalogue on Medtribe.
- Private events are shared directly by the organiser through email, WhatsApp, or internal messaging. They will not appear if you search or browse the platform.
If you were sent a link to a private event, that link is the only way to access it. If you have lost the link, contact the person or organisation that originally invited you and ask them to resend it.
You started but did not finish the registration
If you clicked the event link and began signing up but did not complete the process, your booking may not have been created.
Try clicking the original event link again while logged in. If your registration was incomplete, you will be able to pick up where you left off.
You are viewing the wrong workspace
If you belong to an organisation on Medtribe, you have two workspaces: your personal workspace and your organisation workspace. Your event may be in one but you are looking in the other.
Check the workspace switcher at the top of your sidebar and try switching to see if your event appears.

You are logged in with the wrong email
If you have more than one email address, you may have created your Medtribe account with a different one to the one you are currently using. Each email address has its own account, so bookings made on one will not appear on the other.
