How to Get Your Attendance Certificate

After attending an event on Medtribe, you may need a certificate as proof of attendance for your CPD portfolio, appraisal, or training records. Here is how to find yours.

ℹ️
Your Certificate Is Issued by Your Organiser

Certificates are issued by your event organiser, not by Medtribe directly. Some organisers issue them manually after the event, while others configure them to send automatically when you complete a feedback survey. Either way, when yours is ready, you will receive an email from Medtribe with a link to download it.

Check your email

When your certificate is issued, Medtribe sends you an email with the subject “Your certificate for [event name]”. Check your inbox for this email, which contains a direct link to download your certificate as a PDF.

If you cannot find the email, check your spam or junk folder. See Not receiving emails from Medtribe? for more help.

Download from My Certificates

All your certificates are collected in one place. Log in at medtribe.com/my/certificates and click Download PDF next to the event you need.

If the page shows “No certificates yet”, your organiser has not issued your certificate yet.

Download from your booking

You can also find your certificate from your booking:

  1. Log in at medtribe.com/my/bookings.
  2. Click the Past tab.
  3. Look for the Certificate Achieved badge on the event card.
  4. Click Manage Booking, then click the Download Certificate button in the Quick Actions section.

If your certificate is not available yet

Certificates are managed by your event organiser. Some organisers issue them on the day, others within a few days. If your event included a feedback survey, completing the survey may trigger your certificate automatically — so check if you have an outstanding survey to fill in.

If it has been more than a week since your event and your certificate is still not available:

  • Contact your organiser through Medtribe. Go to medtribe.com/my/bookings, find the event, click Manage Booking, then click Send a Message to the Organiser. You can also go to the event page on Medtribe and click Contact Organiser in the sidebar.

What appears on your certificate

Your certificate includes your name, the event title, and the event dates. Depending on how your organiser has set it up, it may also include CPD points, the certifying body, the organisation name, and the course lead.

If the details on your certificate do not look right, let your organiser know — they manage the certificate template and event details.

If you still need help

Your event organiser manages certificates and can resolve most issues directly. To message them, go to medtribe.com/my/bookings, find the event, click Manage Booking, then click Send a Message to the Organiser. You can also contact them from the event page by clicking Contact Organiser in the sidebar.
