Mitigation of Violence and Aggression for Non-Clinical Staff in General Practice

This two hour session for non-clinical staff is hosted by What-a-Kerfuffle and is aimed at employees who interact directly with the general public teaching individuals and teams how to recognise and respond to abuse, threats and violence.
